Amazon Sent Me The Wrong Product And Now Won't Give Me A Refund


I purchased an Airfryer from Amazon, and after just two days of testing, I decided it wasn't to my liking and initiated a return. Despite Amazon being the one to ship it on the same day, they have been keeping my product in their warehouse, constantly promising to provide an update for the past two weeks. What a ridiculous system! When you make a purchase, they promise next-day delivery, but when it comes to returns, it takes a maximum of one week to process. Yet here I am, being continuously strung along by Amazon, with them repeatedly claiming that my item will be checked "tomorrow or the day after."
