as of May 4th, still waiting for the item I bought on Amazon Prime,May, plus this ain't your regular Amazon. I'm talking about that fancy "exclusive" thing called Amazon Prime that's supposed to get your stuff to you in just 2 days no matter where you are. We're shelling out more for this so-called "fast" shipping, every night at like 1am, I get an email saying it's postponed until the next day. When asked, customer service says, "Yeah, it'll be there tomorrow," but then it got pushed back again. Why do they keep pushing it back without telling us why? If there's another problem, they should just let me know instead of always delaying the delivery. still haven't received the product, in need of it urgently,tell me what the problem is...out of stock or lost? Don't keep waiting, don't keep anyone waiting!!!
