I was excitedly considering placing an order on Amazon to buy a special gift for my friend's new home, was just trying to do something nice to celebrate their achievement. but what was supposed to be an on-time arrival turned into a total bummer. the package was supposed to arrive on May 8th or 9th, but it's MIA, when I reached out to customer service.
