Despite our repeated requests for a refund, Amazon refused to honor them. We had to wait three weeks for our money to be returned after filing a complaint over the phone. Our money, however, lost value with each passing day. They used our money for three weeks and earned interest before returning it to us. We decided to give Amazon another try and placed another order as a last resort. Unfortunately, due to a measurement error, the item was canceled before it could even be dispatched. Nonetheless, we are still waiting for our return, while they continue to press us to proceed with the delivery. We attempted to call them by phone five times in total, but Amazon stops us from reaching their customer support. We submitted complaints with CIMER (the Presidential Communication Center) and contacted Amazon, but have received no response so far. We could take our complaint against Amazon.com.tr to the authorities in the United States, but we don't want to go through that trouble. We are a formidable corporation, and our strategy is to take Amazon to court and seek both financial and moral restitution. We are certain that our legal action will be successful in bringing Amazon accountable for their acts.
