Amazon Not Shipping My Order in Time, Ship or Cancel!!
The order I placed on the Amazon platform on 09.08.2023 still has not been shipped. It is stated that the order numbered "order no 402-3713790-5301140" will be received on September 1, 2023. We are not able to contact the seller in any way. Amazon is preventing this. You have to connect to the chat line. The customer representative also contacts the seller for the order. As a result, it causes us to wait by trying temporary tactics such as "Your order will arrive on September 1" to keep us busy. Either we contact the seller and ask if the product will be shipped. Or they can get information from the seller and give us a clear answer. I will be canceling the product by acting accordingly.
