Amazon Prevented Me from Buying Product Due to Misleading Information
Due to the misleading guidance of an Amazon customer service representative, I was unable to purchase the Bestway brand pool. The product was listed directly by amazon.com.tr at a price of ₺6,849. The representative told me the issue would be resolved and asked me to try again. However, just one minute later, when I attempted again, the product had been removed from the catalog. Then, another Amazon agent named Z**** gave an absurd explanation, saying that the product (despite no such note on the product page) could only be delivered to a few locations in Turkey. When I was connected to a more senior representative, they didn’t offer any solution to remedy the situation—only apologized and tried to dismiss the issue. This is highly irresponsible behavior for a global company like amazon.com.tr. Zero customer satisfaction. All correspondence and images explaining the issue are available below. I hereby declare that if my problem and grievance are not resolved, I will pursue all my legal rights using the chat logs and voice recordings as evidence.
