Amazon Does Not Replace The Defective Product Or Provide A Refund
About two years ago, I purchased a 1TB external SSD memory from Amazon.com. Unfortunately, it broke down a month and a half ago. I contacted Amazon, and after reviewing the product, they acknowledged it was defective and offered a refund. However, I need the data recovered professionally and requested the product back. Amazon declined, offering only a refund of 1700 TL, far less than the cost of a new product. It's been a month, and the refund hasn't been processed. I demand either the return of my defective product, a brand new replacement, or a full refund.
