Amazon Didn’t Deliver My Order to the Easy Point Now Waiting 30 Days for Refund
On September 29, 2024, I was waiting for a delivery from Cevahir AVM using the EasyPoint system, but the package didn’t show up. I reached out to the courier company, and they told me that the courier didn’t drop off the product because they weren’t sure if the Cevahir easy point was open, and there was no phone number to check it out. This experience doesn't match the high standards I expect from Amazon. I asked to return a product, but they told me I had to wait 30 days. This doesn't make much sense, especially since I never got the product to begin with. I hope we can sort this out quicker.
