Misappropriated use of my registered card information resulted in a fraudulent purchase of 4,700 TL made on the Amazon website on 20/12/2022 at 01:45 in the night. The transaction was still in the authorization phase when I checked my bank account. Amazon was of no assistance when I contacted them; to put it another way, they did nothing to end my victimization despite their claim that they would accept payment from any source. Despite my best efforts to alert the bank to the suspicious nature of this purchase, they went ahead and withdrew the funds from my account. Disgraceful act of theft. There are no restrictions on what customers can buy or sell on Amazon or another online marketplace. Inquisitors, please handle this matter.
