Amazon Delivered Damaged PRIME DABEL Cabinet With Missing Parts

I placed an order on Amazon on 29 May 2026 for a PRIME DABEL ELITE 3 DOOR LIGHT BEIGE * HON, under order number 405-4938411-9885142. The order total was EGP 1,996.00, paid online by Mastercard debit card ending in 9032. The order was delivered today, 4 June 2026, in Giza, Egypt. Today morning at around 8 a.m., I received the package, even though the app still shows the status as “arriving today” and not yet delivered. When I opened the box, I discovered that one of the door panels was broken and one of the shelves was missing. The damage is to the inner parts of the product, and the item as delivered is not usable in this condition. I have taken photos showing the broken door panel and the missing shelf and can share them if needed. Because the order is not marked as delivered in the system, I am currently unable to contact Amazon or initiate a return or replacement request through the usual process in the app. I urgently need this product, so I do not want a refund; I specifically request a proper replacement of the PRIME DABEL ELITE 3 DOOR LIGHT BEIGE with all parts complete and undamaged, and for the system status of this order to be corrected so that the issue can be processed quickly. I kindly ask that you arrange for a replacement, send a delivery courier to my address to collect the damaged item, and clearly confirm how and when the exchange will be handled, so that I can receive a fully functional product as soon as possible.
