Amazon Customer Service Misinformed Me About Customs Fees
I ordered a laptop from Amazon.com. I spoke to customer service before placing the order. Is there a customs fee, does it come with problems, it is related to computer and return issues. He said that I would not have any problems and that there would be no extra charges. And since I made a purchase of 1800 dollars for the first time, they defined a 35% discount. After receiving the product, he said that it was enough for me to contact customer service and request a discount. Then I talked to 2 customer service. They confirmed the download. Customs fee was incurred when receiving the product. They said you pay and we will refund you. I received the product and connected to the chat section. Customer service said there was no discount. I've tried many times but nothing. They were not helpful in any way. Last time I talked to customer service they said they will refund 524 dollars. The next day, I saw that a product return request was created. I asked customer service again and got the same answer. That they will not make any returns, and I can return the product if I want. Today they closed my account. It's because I had a link to another rule-violating account. That's why they have the authority to close accounts without question. 2. I don't have an account. They knowingly want to close my account and silence me.
