I recently placed an order on Amazon for a product that was part of a campaign and at a discounted price. After making the payment, I was shocked to find that my order had been cancelled without any prior notification. To make matters worse, when I tried to reorder the same product, the price had increased and was no longer part of the campaign. This is a clear violation of moral and business ethics and completely unacceptable. I have had previous issues with Amazon as well, including receiving a different product than what I had ordered. I am extremely disappointed with the company and their lack of regard for their customers. The customer representative was unhelpful and the technical support simply told me to wait for a solution that never came. It is clear that there is no control or accountability within the company. As a result, I have decided to delete the app and will no longer be using Amazon for my purchases.
