Hello, I have been using Allianz car insurance for two years, particularly because I am an employee of Koc, and I try to choose Allianz. On 13/06/2023, a vehicle from an unexpected direction attempted to make a turn in front of my car with license plate 41 TM 787, causing damage. My neighbor witnessed the incident, warned the driver, and called me. Later, when I called the driver to arrange repairs, they refused to proceed. As a result, you advised me to call the police and file a report to protect my insurance coverage and maintain my no-claim discount. I called the police, and we documented the incident. The driver who hit my car ignores my calls. The police report, videos, photos, and evidence clearly state that the driver was at fault and caused damage by turning from an unauthorized location. Based on this, I am having my car repaired through my insurance. However, despite the other party's fault, you have reduced my no-claim discount to "0" and are expecting me to recover the costs from the other party, as confirmed by the police report. The police report with file number 2023 k 47337 (which includes photos related to the incident) clearly shows that the other party was 100% at fault for hitting a stationary vehicle and fleeing the scene. I do not know if the expert reviewed these documents or not before making a decision. When I checked for insurance renewal, I found that my no-claim discount, which should be 40%, has been reduced to 0, resulting in significantly higher insurance prices compared to other companies. Dear Allianz, I demand the correction of my rightfully earned 40% no-claim discount. Everything is clearly evident in the attachments and the police report, yet how can you bill me for this? I am the innocent party, and if I had known this would happen, I would have paid for the repairs out of my own pocket and never chosen Allianz again, even if they offered the lowest quote. If you fail to rectify this situation, I will pursue all necessary legal actions, including reporting to Koc Holding. Consequently, I am considering canceling my supplementary health insurance for my entire family. Where is your commitment to customer satisfaction? Where is your professionalism?
