I purchased a Lollapalooza ticket for July 25th, and I also took out cancellation insurance in case I couldn't attend. I am currently in Turkey, and unfortunately, I couldn't go to France as the French Embassy did not provide a visa appointment. I am seeking a refund due to these circumstances. However, my request was rejected, despite evidence of my inability to attend and the visa problems in my country being widely known.
I've been attempting to secure a refund for months, and I insist on receiving my money back. If the visa issue is not a valid reason for a refund, then why did I pay extra money for insurance? It's evident from records that I neither entered nor exited France, nor did I attend the event. If my refund is not processed, I will take legal action and file various complaints. The insurance number is TMSFR2000233012, and despite promises for months, the money has not been returned.
I urgently request a refund, as the situation is becoming increasingly serious. I paid for insurance, and you are obligated to provide the reimbursement. Why the delay in addressing this matter properly? I anticipate a prompt response, and I demand my money back. It's been months of inconvenience, and I'm exhausted from the lack of resolution.
