Allianz Insurance Unfair Charges and Frustrating Customer Service

I signed up for a monthly membership with Allianz life insurance for 400 TL. However, due to financial constraints, I wanted to end it by the fifth or sixth month. Let me start by saying that getting help from their customer service is impossible. Representatives call you hundreds of times before you sign up, but you can never speak to a live person when you try to reach out. Instead, you're constantly directed through automated prompts, which drives you insane and gives you the impression that you're dealing with robots. I opened a complaint ticket and asked for a call back, as well as a request to close my account. To my surprise, I was informed that there would be a 3963 TL deduction. When I inquired about the specifics of this deduction, the customer service representative simply stated that it was a legal deduction. I questioned the content and inquired about the purpose of this legal deduction, but the representative, who appeared clueless, put me on hold to inquire elsewhere. They eventually returned with a contract and read it to me. It's absurd to work with a company that has no idea what I'm paying them 3963 TL for. It is a truly disappointing and unjust service. They say it's a fine, but what kind of fine is 4000 TL? My financial situation has worsened, and I am unable to pay it. I, too, do not want to freeze it. Are you serious about charging me 4000 TL as a penalty? I will pursue my legal rights, and I will also file a complaint as evidence based on my conversation with customer service.
