Allianz Private Pension Savings Not Transfered After Termination
My Allianz Private Pension Insurance automatic enrollment contract numbered 53090876 was closed on March 9, 2023. It was stated that my savings would be transferred to my account after 16:00 on 9/3/2023 with the SMS received on this date. However, even though it has been 5 weeks, the money is still not credited to my bank account. I called the customer service phone many times, and each time I was kept waiting for a long time, however, I could not connect to the customer representative. Although there are many similar complaints, I see that they do not produce a solution. It's sad that a big and important brand loses its reputation like this... I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.
