Very Poor Customer Service – Issue Not Resolved By Aliexpress

I am very disappointed with AliExpress customer service. I received the wrong item (a ring instead of the cat brooches I ordered), and despite providing clear photos and evidence, my complaints were ignored or rejected. The packaging even had the correct description, but the wrong product was inside. The seller is not cooperating, and AliExpress failed to protect the buyer. This experience has made me lose trust in the platform. I will not shop on AliExpress again unless customer protection improves.
