Aliexpress  CSC_7200015 Error Code

My credit card payment was declined by the bank while I was making an AliExpress purchase. The transaction error code is CSC 7200015, and it hasn't gone away yet. I have used this card for many purchases before, but never before has it returned an error code. When I called the bank's customer service line and explained the situation, the representative told me it had nothing to do with the bank and that the issue was instead with the seller's end of the payment system. I can't make any purchases at the moment because of a problem with AliExpress's payment system.
