Aliexpress Sent Wrong Smartphone, Waiting For The Right Stuff After Promise
Writing to AliExpress: Shop1103058193 Store, Order: 8175332359347008. My order from 13/09/23 has still not been delivered. An incorrect product was sent. On 10/10/23, you messaged: "OK, we have informed the warehouse to arrange the delivery for you and will deliver it to you as soon as possible. Please wait patiently." It's been 2 weeks, and I'm still without the S23 Ultra, with no updates. When will the delivery finally take place? Why haven't I received a tracking number?
