AliExpress Seller Sent Incomplete Product And Delayed Refund

I purchased a Dancing Wings Hobby E1904 EPP RC airplane kit from AliExpress in December 2024, but the item I received was not as described. Major components that are clearly shown and implied in the product listing were missing from the kit, including the motor, the speed controller (ESC), and four servos. Without these parts, the product is unusable. After noticing the missing components, I contacted the seller and AliExpress and requested a return for a full refund under order number 8207565393097532. Instead of providing a straightforward solution, they only caused delays. I was repeatedly asked for documentation and photos to “prove” that these parts were missing, which is unreasonable given that these are internal components that should have been included in the package from the start. These requests felt like tactics to delay and create confusion rather than to solve the problem, and no substantive help or clear resolution has been provided. I am requesting a full refund for this order, without further delay, as the product is incomplete and not as described in the listing. I expect AliExpress to take responsibility for this situation and process my refund promptly.
