Aliexpress Refund Ordeal, The Car Stereo Frame Came Instead of the Music Player

Instead of the car music player I requested, I received its frame. I've been trying to start the return process for the past month, but it's been nothing short of a hassle. They have yet to provide me with a return code, despite their promises. I paid 982 TL for this product, and they claim to be able to refund 544 TL. They assured me that I could return it, and I agreed in the hopes of finding a solution. However, my attempts to return the item were futile. Their website customer service is no better, with only automated responses that repeat the same instructions. I attempted to return the product via PTT using the provided barcode, but they charged me for both sending it and returning it from Istanbul. This whole ordeal has left me frustrated and disappointed. I just want a proper resolution and the return process to be as simple as possible.
