My Origins Eye Cream Caused Severe Allergic Swelling

I purchased two Origins brand under-eye moisturizers on Trendyol in May 2025 to stock up. When I recently started using the product, I woke up with distinct, bulging swelling under my eyes after just two nights of application, and it took 1–2 days for this swelling to subside. Because it is medically obvious that an ingredient in the product caused an allergic reaction in me, I immediately stopped using it for my health.

Putting the opened product aside, I stated that I wanted to return the second, completely unopened item. However, I was told they could not assist me because I had passed the 14-day return window and the 6-month inspection period. Trendyol redirected the issue to the seller, and the seller redirected it back to Trendyol, with neither side offering a concrete solution. As a result, I am stuck with two products that cost approximately $43 each, which I cannot use due to health risks.

I cannot accept that customer health and satisfaction are so blatantly ignored. Despite experiencing an allergic reaction, I request that an exceptional solution be provided—especially for the unopened product—such as a return, an exchange, or at least a store credit added to my Trendyol wallet/account.
