My Origins Eye Cream From Hepsiburada Showed In Stock but Was Not Shipped

I ordered an Origins eye cream on Hepsiburada on May 6. Although the product was shown as in stock on the website, my order has not been dispatched for 5 days, and I am instead constantly being pushed to cancel the order.

My order number is 454 962 396 4. Despite contacting customer service multiple times during this period, no assistance was provided, and not a single solution-oriented step was taken. Neither a clear explanation was given nor was any option offered to resolve my grievance.

Failing to ship an item listed as in stock for days, forcing the customer into cancellation, and exhibiting such an indifferent approach is unacceptable. I demand that my product either be dispatched immediately for delivery or that necessary compensatory measures be taken for the grievance caused. I have reached the point of never shopping on this platform again, and I expect this total lack of customer care to be addressed.
