Aliexpress Order Cancellation and Refund Issue
A few months ago, I made a purchase on Aliexpress that was unexpectedly canceled and a refund was initiated without my knowledge. Since July 8th, I was told that the refund would be deposited into my bank account within 1 to 20 days, but I still haven't received it. When I reached out to my bank, they suggested that I get in touch with the company and didn't provide any help. I attempted to contact Aliexpress customer service, but unfortunately, I was unable to get through. I'm feeling quite frustrated. Could you please assist me with processing my refund?

Months ago, I bought a dress from Aliexpress, and they canceled my dress upon their own request. It appears that they have transferred my refund to my bank account, but it has not yet been credited. They keep saying it will be deposited within 2-10 business days, and it has been almost a year. When will it be deposited? Please make my payment now. I will not shop on this site again in any way while in this situation.
