Aliexpress Order Cancellation and Refund Issue

A few months ago, I made a purchase on Aliexpress that was unexpectedly canceled and a refund was initiated without my knowledge. Since July 8th, I was told that the refund would be deposited into my bank account within 1 to 20 days, but I still haven't received it. When I reached out to my bank, they suggested that I get in touch with the company and didn't provide any help. I attempted to contact Aliexpress customer service, but unfortunately, I was unable to get through. I'm feeling quite frustrated. Could you please assist me with processing my refund?
