I am complaining about order number 3037068916899382. I requested a bonus refund to buy from another seller because Lenovo didn't ship the product. They promised a bonus refund but never gave it to me. Now, when I ask again, they tell me to talk to the seller. To add to my frustration, the agent sent me a smiley face, which felt very disrespectful.

I am now requesting a refund to my original payment method. Finally, I want to recommend to everyone not to buy from AliExpress. They have been holding my money for so long, and the product was never shipped. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life. People, please don't buy from AliExpress. eBay and Amazon are 100 times better, as they are organized and take care of their customers! AliExpress has such bad service, and they are cheating everyone.
