Alibaba.com Turns A Blind Eye To Illegal Practices Of Chinese Sellers

I purchased stickers from a Chinese manufacturer on alibaba.com, but I faced difficulties in getting them through customs because of inconsistencies between the proforma invoice and the final invoice. It appears that the final invoice was inflated, possibly to receive greater incentives from the Chinese government. They didn't offer a refund and Alibaba didn't address the issue. It seems that Alibaba provides protection to Chinese companies in this way. It's not recommended to rely on alibaba.com for making purchases. I think it's important to bring this issue to the attention of the Consumer Rights departments in Europe and the US.
