Alibaba overcharged me with hidden shipping fees, how can I resolve this with the supplier?

If you were overcharged on Alibaba owing to concealed shipping expenses, first check your purchase breakdown under "My Orders" to validate the disparity.

Then, using the "Contact Supplier" button, message the supplier directly and clearly explain the unexpected fees, including a screenshot of the original shipping quote and final prices. Make a polite request for a refund or adjustment.

If the supplier does not react or refuses to remedy the issue, submit a refund request from the order page. Select "Other" as the explanation and provide any supporting documentation.

If the matter has not been resolved within five days, you can escalate it to Alibaba. Be explicit and clear in your explanation so that the dispute team can rapidly analyze your claim.
