My Alibaba Order Stuck in Customs—Requesting Refund Due to Lack of Communication
I'm experiencing some difficulties with my order from Alibaba. Unfortunately, it hasn't reached me yet and seems to be held up in customs. I would like a refund for my money. The item is being held by Customs, and unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it. If I had been notified about any customs duties, I would have promptly paid them. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any updates and was simply informed that the product couldn't be delivered and should be returned. I had faith in Alibaba when I made this purchase, otherwise, I wouldn't have placed an order.
