Unexpected And Unsafe Product Condition – Magnum Classic

A few days ago, I purchased a Magnum Classic from a local store. Despite the product having more than a year left until its expiration date, I was shocked by what I encountered upon opening the package: it was melted, re-frozen, covered in ice crystals, and the chocolate coating was cracked. What was even more disturbing was the presence of a sticky, glue-like substance inside — an unacceptable condition for any food product. More importantly, my young daughter took a bite of the ice cream and immediately complained about the taste. When we opened the remaining packages, we found that all of them were in the same state. While no health issues have appeared so far, this does not diminish the seriousness of the negligence. The mere risk of a child consuming such a product is deeply concerning. There was no damage or tear on the outer packaging, which indicates that the issue likely occurred during production or distribution — possibly due to a broken cold chain. I have kept both products in the freezer as evidence, and I have photos that clearly show the condition of the product. It is extremely disappointing to experience such a severe quality issue, especially from a globally recognized brand like Magnum. People trust this brand and buy it with confidence for their children. Having this kind of experience in return is unacceptable.
