Alfa Romeo Service Keeps Tonale for Engine Repair Without Providing Loaner Car

I own a 2022 Alfa Romeo Tonale, and due to an engine malfunction, I had my vehicle towed to the Otokoç Zincirlikuyu service center on Friday. I was informed that an application would be submitted for the repair to be carried out under warranty, and my vehicle is covered under warranty until 2027. Since the day I purchased the car, it has been kept at the Zincirlikuyu service center on various occasions for a total of at least 20 days, and each time I requested a replacement vehicle, I was told that all vehicles were already in use by other customers and that no car could be provided. This time, I again requested a replacement vehicle, especially because I have a patient to care for, but my request was once more denied. My car has now been at the service center for three days due to the engine malfunction. Because my vehicle is frequently kept at the service center and my repeated requests for a replacement car have been refused, I am experiencing serious disruption in my daily life and difficulty meeting urgent needs. I request that the procedures related to the engine malfunction be completed as quickly as possible under warranty and that a replacement vehicle be urgently provided to me for the entire period my car remains at the service center.
