Aldo Shoes - Unable to Return Defective Aldo Bag
I bought a bag as a birthday gift for my sister, and the leather of the bag arrived broken. When I called two days after receiving it to request a return, they told me that I needed to request such a form in advance and that I could not return the bag. There was no such option among the choices, and I couldn't have known the bag would arrive in this condition. Not accepting this defective product, which is not reasonably priced, has put me in a difficult situation.
