Trendyol Refuses Faulty Bag Return Despite Evidence

Despite sending photos of my defective bag within the legal return window, Trendyol has refused to accept the return and isn't providing a return code. Each customer service representative I've spoken to offers conflicting advice. As a long-time shopper, I've always trusted Trendyol, even purchasing my phone from them. This is the first time I've encountered such a problem, and it's incredibly frustrating. I implore Trendyol to honor their commitment to customer satisfaction and facilitate the return of this faulty bag. It's essential for their reputation and my trust in their brand.
