TCL Service Failed to Fix My 2057 Phone and Demanded $45 for Another Repair

On September 2, 2024, I purchased an Alcatel-TCL 2057 feature phone from Vatan Computer at Piazza Mall. Approximately four months after the purchase, the phone developed a SIM card reading issue, and I sent it to the authorized service center under warranty.
During the first service visit, the motherboard was replaced, but the problem continued. When I sent the phone in for a second repair, a software update was performed, yet the same issue remained unresolved. After sending the device to the service center for a third time, I was informed that the SIM card slot had allegedly been damaged due to user error. As a result, I was asked to pay $45 for another motherboard replacement.
Although my phone is covered by a two-year warranty, the same defect has persisted despite three separate repair attempts. Instead of resolving the issue, the service center demanded additional payment and left me feeling unfairly treated. I was also told that if I refused to pay the requested fee, the phone would be returned to me in its defective condition. My invoice number is MLP2024000026964.
Because the product is still under warranty and has been sent to the service center three times for the same unresolved problem, I am requesting either a full refund or a replacement device.
