Samsung S23 Ultra Problems, Misleading Insurance, and Endless Delays
My Samsung S23 Ultra, purchased from Vatan Bilgisayar, had a screen card motherboard failure, and I sent it in for repair through Gulf insurance. However, the whole process has become a never-ending ordeal, lasting approximately 40 days. At the time of purchase, Vatan Bilgisayar's sales representatives convinced me to opt for insurance, promising that it would cover any issue, even if it was my fault. Now, when I reach out to the insurance company, they provide vague and conflicting information, completely contrary to what was promised during the sale. they claim that if my phone isn't repaired, they'll offer a 60% gift voucher. However, if I encounter the same issue again, I'd be at an even greater loss. In such a frustrating situation, I have no choice but to consider legal action, and I'm ready to share my experience on various forums to warn others. During my last phone call, the representative's tone was disrespectful and dismissive, as if they were not interested in resolving my issues. We, as customers, are already frustrated, and there's no excuse for their rudeness.
