Enterprise Charged Me for 4 Days Instead of 3 on My Colmar Car Rental

I rented a car from Enterprise at Aerodrome de Colmar-Houssen (47 Route de Strasbourg, Colmar) between January 31 and February 3, 2025. The contract (No. 73C9RG) clearly stated a 3-day rental. I picked up the vehicle on January 31 at 10:00 AM (though the contract shows 9:42) and returned it on February 3 at 10:00 AM (contract shows 10:13).

Despite staying well within the agreed timeframe, Enterprise charged me for 4 full days instead of 3. This resulted in an overcharge of approximately €50, withdrawn directly from my credit card. I paid for the rental, insurance, taxes—everything properly and on time.

Enterprise, I demand a full refund of the excess charge. A 13-minute delay (if any) does not justify billing an entire extra day, especially when the car was returned at the scheduled time. It’s disappointing that a trusted international rental brand would make such an unfair charge. Please correct this mistake and issue my refund promptly. I expect better transparency and fairness from your billing practices.
