I Paid Three Times on Ajet.com but Didn’t Receive Tickets

I tried buying tickets through Ajet.com three times. Each time, money was deducted from my account, but I never received any tickets. This isn’t the first time this has happened—it happens regularly and causes serious problems for me. When I called customer service to request a refund, they told me I’d have to wait a whole week. This delay means they are repeatedly hurting customers like me. Someone needs to put a stop to this careless behavior. I demand immediate refunds and better service from Ajet.com before more people get affected. This ongoing issue is unacceptable and must be resolved quickly.
