Ajet Airlines Review: No Refund, No Change, and Poor Customer Service
I purchased a ticket from Ajet Airlines, but now I can't change, cancel, or even get a refund. When I contacted customer service, I waited on hold for ages, only to be met with rude and dismissive responses.
They are charging more for a ticket change than the original price, which makes absolutely no sense. And when I asked for a refund, they offered me only 120₺, a fraction of what I paid—pure unfairness. As a student, I already struggle to afford flights, and now I’m just losing money.
Ajet Airlines needs to process my refund immediately! This kind of customer exploitation is unacceptable, and I expect them to take responsibility.
I was not contacted in any way and my grievance was not addressed; this company will never be my choice again.
