Hello, I have a flight ticket with AJet for May 1–4. However, due to emergencies, I won’t be able to take the flight. My ticket cost ₺1800, but only ₺152 was refunded. I don’t understand the reason for such a large deduction. I tried to contact customer service, but I couldn’t get a clear explanation. This situation has caused me financial difficulty, especially since the cancellation was due to unforeseen circumstances. I kindly ask you to review my case and process a fair refund. Please help me, I feel aggrieved.
