Ajet Canceled My Ticket but Gave Me an Unfair Refund

I bought a round-trip ticket from Ankara to Elazığ for May 2, 2025, with the return scheduled for May 11, 2025, via Obilet. I had to cancel my ticket because of unexpected issues. Unfortunately, from the ₺3114 I paid, I only received a refund of ₺153. I reached out to Obilet, and they got back to me through email, explaining that the problem was due to AJet and that it was up to Ajet to fix it. I believe it's quite unfair to be stuck in this situation without a satisfactory resolution. If a ticket is canceled within the permitted timeframe, the refund policy ought to be reasonable. I expect my refund to be handled properly and my financial loss to be taken seriously. This experience has really caused me to reconsider buying tickets through Obilet in the future.
