Ajet Lost My Luggage on the Flight
On September 13, 2025, during my Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen – Aleppo flight, my luggage was not delivered upon arrival. I contacted Aleppo Airport, but due to sanctions in Syria, they informed me that a baggage search could not be carried out through the system, meaning a PIR file needs to be opened from Istanbul. However, I have received no support for days, and even when I called by phone, no assistance was provided. I have been left without my luggage for five days, and it is unacceptable that no information has been given about it. My request is for a PIR to be opened, my luggage to be located, and my grievance to be resolved. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) and the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
