Ajet Lost My Luggage on My Flight

On July 30, 2025, the Ajet flight VF4123 from Bingöl to Ankara, scheduled to depart at 13:30, was first delayed due to a lack of fuel and was rescheduled for 16:30. Eventually, the flight took off at 17:30. Upon arrival in Ankara, we were informed that our baggage had been left behind in Diyarbakır and that it would be delivered to our address no earlier than the following day, July 31, 2025, at 20:30. We waited all evening today for the baggage, but it never arrived. Despite calling the contact number provided to us several times, no one answered. From beginning to end, this entire flight experience was a complete disaster, and only we know what we truly went through. My suitcase still hasn’t arrived; I have no idea where it is or who has it. It contains personal belongings, valuables, and perishable food items that are now left to fate. There’s no telling when or if it will be delivered. I am requesting compensation for the material and emotional damages I’ve suffered throughout this process. I also intend to file an official complaint with the relevant authorities regarding this matter.
