On March 29, 2025, I flew from Medina to Sabiha Gökçen Airport with AJet, ticket number 20424221932470. Although my cabin-size luggage had traveled in the cabin without issue on the outbound flight, I was forced in Medina to check it in as hold baggage—despite repeatedly explaining it qualified as carry-on.
When I arrived in Istanbul, I waited for hours at baggage claim, only to be told by an AJet staff member that no luggage had been loaded onto the flight from Medina at all. The entire plane was affected. Everyone filled out forms, but nothing came of it. I personally spoke with AJet representatives M* and R*, who offered no solution or timeline. I was left stranded at the airport with only my passport and phone—no wallet, no money, no clothes, nothing.
My cabin bag contained perishable items and valuable belongings, all now missing. No one can tell me where it is or when I’ll get it back. I couldn’t even buy water. I had another flight connection to Kayseri and had to board in that miserable condition. The emotional and physical stress has been overwhelming.
AJet, you’ve offered zero accountability. I will be documenting every step of this ordeal until my issue is resolved. If I don’t receive proper support by tomorrow, I’ll be starting legal proceedings on Monday. I’ve never felt so helpless after paying for a service. This experience was unacceptable, and I will never fly with AJet again.
