Ajet Airlines Lost My Luggage on My Flight and Gave No Clear Answer

On February 22, 2025, during my Van-Istanbul flight with Ajet Airlines, the luggage of all passengers on board, including those carrying essential medication, did not arrive in Istanbul. Although the airline staff assured us that our bags would be delivered the next day, I have still not received mine. Additionally, the representatives I contacted failed to provide a clear and satisfactory explanation regarding the situation. This issue has caused significant inconvenience both for my safety and my travel experience. I would like to emphasize that Ajet Airlines offers extremely poor service quality and makes no effort toward customer satisfaction. Experiencing such service has caused me great distress. I request an immediate resolution to this issue.
