On October 3, 2025, after my AJet flight VF3311, I received my luggage at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and found it burst open with my belongings placed inside a plastic bag. I immediately reported the issue to the airport authorities, and a damage report was filed.
In addition to my electronic devices, several of my clothes and personal care items were also damaged. My total financial loss is approximately ₺10,000. When I contacted AJet customer service, they informed me that electronic items are not covered under their responsibility and closed my claim. However, it wasn’t just electronics — all of my belongings were damaged and rendered unusable.
I am demanding full compensation for my losses. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action and file an official complaint with the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM).
