Ajet Canceled My Ticket Without My Consent - Now I Have to Pay a Higher Price

Hello, the ticket I purchased from Ajet on January 16, 2025, was canceled and refunded without my knowledge. I contacted the call center regarding this issue, but they were of no help. I was told to fill out a feedback form through the website. The response I received to the feedback form was as follows: "Based on your feedback, we reviewed your reservation with the code 27UBZH and found that you completed the ticket refund process." However, my issue was precisely that the ticket was refunded without my knowledge, approval, request, or consent. Now, when I want to repurchase the same ticket, a price difference has arisen since four months have passed. This action was completely outside of my control, and the responsible party is Ajet. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved.

They responded through the feedback form, but the process took too long. The call center employees only provide information; they have no authority at all. They don't take any action—after creating the feedback form six times, they finally fulfilled my request; they didn't understand it the first time I conveyed it. I had to escalate my issue all the way to the general manager of Ajet. It's sad to render such a valuable company powerless.
