My Flight from Samsun to Antalya with Ajet Cancelled, No Resolution Yet

In March, I booked a flight for September 16, 2024, with a departure time of 05:50 from Samsun to Antalya via Ankara using the Turkish Airlines app. This date is crucial because it's also the check-in date for a hotel I had already paid for. Later on, when Anadolu Jet transitioned to Ajet, our tickets were transferred as well. A few notifications about schedule changes (from 05:50 to 05:15) for the Samsun-Ankara flight were sent. Eventually, I received a message stating that the Samsun-Ankara flight on September 16, 2024, was canceled and rescheduled for September 17, 2024.
Concerned, I contacted THY customer service, who confirmed that the September 16 flight was still active in their system. However, Ajet informed me that the flight had indeed been canceled and rescheduled for September 17, and since I booked through the THY app, only THY could handle the ticket changes. I reached out to THY customer service again, but they insisted that the September 16 flight was still active and couldn't make any changes to my tickets. A feedback file was opened, but my family and I are left in limbo, waiting for a resolution.
