Keiki Learning App Is Making Unauthorized Recurring Charges on My Card

An app called "Keiki Learning," which appears to be linked to Google, has been regularly deducting money from my Garanti credit card for months without my knowledge or consent. Even though no active subscription for this app appears under either my Google Play or Apple accounts, two recent unauthorized charges of $2.40 were made on June 2 and June 9.

I never knowingly started a subscription to this app, gave my approval, or have any record of a membership under my account. Despite this, having money continuously withdrawn from my card creates a major security concern and causes me financial hardship.

I demand that these unauthorized payments made without my knowledge or consent be stopped immediately, and that all amounts collected from my card to date be fully refunded. Furthermore, I expect a clear, written explanation detailing why and how these unauthorized withdrawals occurred.
