Ajet Denied Me Boarding Despite Being on Time and Caused Financial Loss

On 29.01.2025, at 10:40, I purchased tickets for myself and my two children from Ajet to go to Dusseldorf Airport from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. I completed my online check-in procedures on January 28. After arriving at the airport at around 08:30 on January 29, I quickly completed my ticketing and baggage claim procedures and then proceeded to passport control. Here, I learned from the staff that my passport was not active. I immediately contacted the relevant institution and completed the passport activation procedures. Then, although there were 30 minutes left for our flight and I insisted a lot to the staff on duty, I was not allowed on the plane. The staff on duty categorically said that I would not be able to board the plane in any way and caused me financial loss. In the information message sent to me; For all domestic and international flights, you must be at the flight gate at least 20 minutes before the departure time of the plane. Please take into account that it may take up to 25 minutes to reach the gate in some terminals when making your schedule. Despite being informed in the form, I was deliberately not allowed on the flight. Since I bought my return ticket with Ajet, I was forced to buy a new ticket. I had to pay ₺11.968,43 for the new tickets. I request that you review the camera recordings to learn the timing of all these situations I experienced. I request that my damages be compensated for the negative material and moral situation I experienced. As Ajet, I expect you to compensate me for this situation that I find unbecoming.
