Ajet Changed Gate Without Notice And Denied Boarding For Flight
I had a scheduled flight with Ajet on 05.12.2025 at 07:10 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Diyarbakır, with reservation number 3YZC35. I was waiting at the gate number stated on my ticket from 04:00 onwards. However, since the gate number was changed without any notification to me, I was not accepted on board when I reached the new gate at 06:51. This situation occurred entirely because the gate number printed on the ticket was changed without informing me, and it caused me serious grievance. I have a patient receiving treatment in Diyarbakır whose condition is critical, and missing this flight has led to both emotional distress and financial loss for me. I am filing this complaint due to the disruption I experienced. I request that my financial losses and expenses arising from this incident be fully compensated, that a detailed investigation be carried out, and that necessary actions be taken regarding those responsible.
