On March 26, 2024, I booked a flight from Istanbul to Jakarta, with a connecting flight from Jakarta to Palembang on March 27 at 17:00. However, the airline rescheduled my flight to 13:30, which didn’t work for me. When I tried to change my flight, Airpaz refused, so I had no choice but to cancel and book a new ticket.
Now, over a month has passed, and while my cancellation was approved, I still haven’t received my refund. Worse, there is no way to reach anyone at Airpaz—no customer support, no real assistance. This is unacceptable! I demand my refund immediately and expect a real response from Airpaz, not automated messages! Fix this now!
